Faculty Academy
     The Faculty Academy is the system for obtaining professional development credit that can be earned through various instructional opportunities at Parkland College and other colleges and universities.  These credits need to be transcriptable and can be used for a one time increase in the annual base salary.

Brown Bag Lunches
     Brown Bag Lunches are a Thursday at noon discussion series over various topics that help instructors implement new strategies in the classroom,  learn more about a pertinent topic in the Natural Sciences, or discuss a topic of interest to the faculty and/or staff.  Contact Mary Severinghaus (coordinator) at mseveringhaus@parkland.edu if you have any questions
