~Chemistry 102: Principles of Chemistry II~

Equilibrium reactions (gas, acid/base, solution); nuclear chemistry, electrochemistry; transition metal complexes; properties of metals and nonmetals; rates and mechanisms of reaction.  Introduction to organic chemistry and biochemistry.   IAI: BIO 907, CHM 912, CLS 907, EGR 962.  5.0 credit hours.  Four hours of classroom time and a three hour lab weekly.

Prerequisites: CHE 101 and MAT 098 or equivalent with a grade of C or higher.

Required Materials:
    Chemistry  - The Practical Science, by Kelter, 1st Edition.
    Chemistry 102 Experiments, Parkland Chemistry Staff
    Safety Goggles
    Scientific Calculator (needs log function)
